Plans for Pulpcon coverage

I’m finally getting a chance to attend Pulpcon. Assuming my travel plans work out, I should be there for the opening bell on Thursday, Aug. 3. Then leave Dayton early Sunday morning, Aug. 6, missing the final cleanup in the dealers’ room.

I’ve been wanting to go for years, but things just never came together. (Note to self: Get busy with your “want list” and make sure also to make a list of things you have, so you don’t buy duplicates.)

One incentive for getting Yellowed Perils online this summer was to provide a forum for regular reports from Pulpcon. I’ll be lugging my computer, audio recorder and camera with me (hopefully leaving enough space in my suitcase for any pulp goodies I might pickup).

So, here’s my question for you, loyal TPN reader: What sort of reports would you like to read from Pulpcon? Specific ideas would be helpful. Since I’ve not attended before, I may not know what to look out for. Maybe you’ve attended Pulpcon in the past and have some ideas, or maybe you – like me – have never attended, but have some ideas, too. Either way, offer your thoughts through the “Comments” section just below this entry, or drop me an e-mail.
